Guarantee

We offer a 3 month, no quibble, guarantee. We require evidence of purchase including, a picture of the unique stock ID label, the actual product, box and proof of fault (pictures of printing etc or damage). Upon satisfactory evidence of purchase a replacement or credit note will be offered.

Returns

Items can be returned to us within 3 months of the invoice date.

A restocking fee of 10% or £10, whichever is the greater will be applied.

Products must be returned to us at the customers expense. If any products are damaged, opened or soiled then additional costs will apply. 

Products that are used or where the manufacturers seal has been removed, will not be accepted.

OEMs: 4:45pm Monday to Thursday & 3:30pm on a Friday

Compats: 4:15pm Monday to Thursday & 3:30pm on a Friday
